Holiday Clubs

We wanted to let you know that we will be making some improvements to our holiday club this year to ensure that the children receive an all-round enrichment experience.  We will be providing a set timetable with the activities and learning the children will be doing each day.

The children will be provided with breakfast, a hot meal at lunchtime and a snack at teatime. Fresh fruit, juice, milk and water are available to the children throughout the day.

As the Holiday Club is very popular in the local area and we have limited spaces, we have set up a new booking system using Parent Pay. 

To book your child’s place, you will need access to ParentPay and follow the instruction below:

If using a computer:

  1.  Log into ParentPay
  2. Click on the name of the child you wish to book the club for
  3. You will see a menu on the left hand side
  4. Click clubs – a list of current clubs available for the child will be displayed
  5. Find the club you wish to book and click view club 
  6. The calendar will show the dates of the clubs
  7. Click book sessions - At the bottom of the page
  8. Do not top up account – As your sessions will not be booked
  9. Pick the sessions you wish to book
  10. Confirm
  11. You will be taken to the payment page

If using a Phone:

  1. Log into ParentPay
  2. Click pay for other items for the child you wish to book the club for
  3. You will see a list below
  4. Click view on the club you wish to book
  5.  Do not complete payment amount at the top - your sessions will not be booked
  6. Click book sessions at the bottom of the page
  7. Pick the sessions you wish to book
  8. Confirm
  9. You will be taken to the payment page

There are limited spaces, so be quick to book. Bookings will close 48 hours prior to the date of the session. 

Therefore, please ensure that you have made your bookings or cancelled any sessions not required before the deadline as changes cannot be made after this time.

If you do not have access to ParentPay at the moment, please contact the school office for your login details. 

The cost is £26.00 a day or £130.00 per week. Siblings will be charged at £20.00 per day or £100.00 per week.  Please ensure that the correct sessions have been booked for each child to avoid being over-charged.

If you require the school office to make the bookings for you, there will be an additional admin fee of £5.00.

Payments will be required at the time of booking. If you pay by Child Care Vouchers or Tax Free Child Care your account will need to be in credit prior to booking your sessions.

We look forward to seeing the children again in the October half term and hope they will enjoy the new timetable.

  "FIRST HOLY COMMUNION 2024 :  Application forms are available (Church porch) for children who will be in Year 4 in September who wish to make their First Holy Communion in 2024. Please ensure you have a completed application form, with a copy of your child’s baptismal certificate attached. ONLY APPLICATION FORMS WITH A COPY OF BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATES WILL BE ACCEPTED. The deadline for application forms is Sunday 24th September.  All parents are invited to attend the First Holy Communion Meeting on Saturday 23rd September at 11am in the Church. Information about the program will be given on the meeting and there will be an opportunity to buy Communion text books and a Bible. The first lesson will be in the Church on Saturday 30th September at 1pm. We are looking for parents of FHC children who are happy to be teachers and co-ordinators. "
