Holiday Clubs

We wanted to let you know that we will be making some improvements to our holiday club this year to ensure that the children receive an all-round enrichment experience.  We will be providing a set timetable with the activities and learning the children will be doing each day.

The children will be provided with breakfast, a hot meal at lunchtime and a snack at teatime. Fresh fruit, juice, milk and water are available to the children throughout the day.

As the Holiday Club is very popular in the local area and we have limited spaces, we have set up a new booking system using Parent Pay. 

To book your child’s place, you will need access to ParentPay and follow the instruction below:

If using a computer:

  1.  Log into ParentPay
  2. Click on the name of the child you wish to book the club for
  3. You will see a menu on the left hand side
  4. Click clubs – a list of current clubs available for the child will be displayed
  5. Find the club you wish to book and click view club 
  6. The calendar will show the dates of the clubs
  7. Click book sessions - At the bottom of the page
  8. Do not top up account – As your sessions will not be booked
  9. Pick the sessions you wish to book
  10. Confirm
  11. You will be taken to the payment page

If using a Phone:

  1. Log into ParentPay
  2. Click pay for other items for the child you wish to book the club for
  3. You will see a list below
  4. Click view on the club you wish to book
  5.  Do not complete payment amount at the top - your sessions will not be booked
  6. Click book sessions at the bottom of the page
  7. Pick the sessions you wish to book
  8. Confirm
  9. You will be taken to the payment page

There are limited spaces, so be quick to book. Bookings will close 48 hours prior to the date of the session. 

Therefore, please ensure that you have made your bookings or cancelled any sessions not required before the deadline as changes cannot be made after this time.

If you do not have access to ParentPay at the moment, please contact the school office for your login details. 

The cost is £26.00 a day or £130.00 per week. Siblings will be charged at £20.00 per day or £100.00 per week.  Please ensure that the correct sessions have been booked for each child to avoid being over-charged.

If you require the school office to make the bookings for you, there will be an additional admin fee of £5.00.

Payments will be required at the time of booking. If you pay by Child Care Vouchers or Tax Free Child Care your account will need to be in credit prior to booking your sessions.

We look forward to seeing the children again in the October half term and hope they will enjoy the new timetable.

Farewell Mrs Palmer

  Good luck and farewell Mrs Palmer after 25 years of excellent service! Mrs Palmer started at St Patrick’s in January 1999 as a Teaching Assistant.  She joined the Registered Teaching Programme (RTP) and her first teaching role was in Reception. Mrs Palmer has had many significant roles at St Patrick’s such as Religious Education Lead, Literacy Lead and Music Coordinator.  Currently she teaches music two days a week in school which she absolutely loves to do; this is where she comes alive with her joy of music and singing. Mrs Palmer’s collaboration with Waltham Forest Music Service has been amazing and has enabled our children to flourish in their musical abilities, from performing in borough-wide competitions and shows to becoming confident players of both the recorder and ukulele. Year 6 Leavers End of Year Liturgy

  Year 6 Leavers Prayers   Ernie 6M: Lord, we thank you for the support of our parents throughout the years. We hope that they know how much we appreciate them. Although sometimes we might have difficulty showing it, we pray they know how important they are to us. Dumkene 6J: Lord, we pray for the staff of our school. We thank them for their support and guidance throughout our time in primary school. May they continue to guide and support all who pass through this school. Zuzanna 6M: Today is a special day for giving thanks. We pray that we will be more thankful in life and always include Jesus in our daily lives. We pray that we will always have the ability to show love and forgiveness as Jesus taught us. Efenoma 6J: We think of all the friends we have made while at primary school.
