Reception place for September 2025

  For a Reception place for September 2025:   If your child was born between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021, they are due to start in reception class at a primary school in September 2025.   You must apply for a reception class place for your child even if they attend a school nursery or have an older brother or sister at your preferred school. If your child currently attends our nursery this does not give them any priority for a place in reception class at St Patrick’s.   If you and your child live in Waltham Forest, you must apply through Waltham Forest. If you and your child live outside Waltham Forest, you must apply to the local authority in which you live, even if you are applying for schools in other areas.   Applying for a Secondary place for September 2025   The information on this page relates to those children born between 1 September 2013 and 31 August 2014 who need to apply to start secondary school in September 2025.   If your child is currently in Year 6, they are due to start secondary school in September 2025. You must apply for a secondary school place for your child even if they have an older brother or sister at your preferred school. If your child attends an All Through school and you wish them to automatically transfer to year 7, please contact the school who will advise you what you need to do.   If you and your child live in Waltham Forest, you must apply through Waltham Forest. Headteacher End of Year Message

Dear Children, Parents, Volunteers, Staff, Members of FOSPA and Governors,   I wish to express my deep gratitude to you all at the end of this academic year. Thank you for your support and dedication to the work of education and spiritual formation of pupils at  St Patrick’s. Year 6 children, I wish you every success on your journey through life. It has been a privilege for us all at St Patrick’s  community to get to know you, teach and guide you. Continue to work hard, believe in yourselves, respect one  another and always trust in God waiting to help you, no matter what. We shall treasure very fond memories of you. I hope that all our staff and families will have an opportunity to rest and recover during the summer   break. I look  forward to seeing you all in September.   As some of our staff leave, I wish them every success on their future paths.   May Lord bless you and your families with peace, hope, faith and love.   Mr R.   Year 6 Leavers Prayers   Ernie 6M: Lord, we thank you for the support of our parents throughout the years. We hope that they know how much we appreciate them. Although sometimes we might have difficulty showing it, we pray they know how important they are to us. Dumkene 6J: Lord, we pray for the staff of our school. We thank them for their support and guidance throughout our time in primary school. May they continue to guide and support all who pass through this school. Zuzanna 6M: Today is a special day for giving thanks. We pray that we will be more thankful in life and always include Jesus in our daily lives. We pray that we will always have the ability to show love and forgiveness as Jesus taught us. Efenoma 6J: We think of all the friends we have made while at primary school. May we continue to laugh together and support each other when times are difficult. Guide us when making new friendships as we move on to our secondary schools.
